At Rykadan, we’re serious about the business of memory-making. Rykadan Hospitality began as a dream to make a difference through curating one-of-a-kind tourism and hospitality brands. Dhensa’s opening in March 2014, in the happiest place on Earth of Bhutan, marked our first birth – a boutique brand that celebrates the simple pleasures of living and a promise to embrace each property’s unique sense of place.

Rykadan Hospitality is fully supported and owned by parent company Rykadan Capital, a listed Hong Kong entity and which presently engages in a diverse portfolio of products and services. We found a niche in designing lifestyle products and services through Sundart Holdings, which has grown to be the largest of its kind in Southern China in the Construction and Fit-out business. Four Seasons Hotel Macao, The Shanghai Ritz-Carlton Hotel, MGM Grand Hotel, Grand Hyatt Macau City of Drams and Wynn Macau are amongst some of the projects Sundart has had the privilege to lead. Aside from luxury hotels, Sundart also fits out residential and city landmark developments.

Rykadan Hospitality is based in Singapore, a thriving capital of hospitality and tourism developments and where we believe a smorgasbord of distinctive ideas and the finest talent meet.

Our journey continues…And we hope our next venture will touch you in some way.

Our network and combined experience across hospitality, tourism and lifestyle industries has catalysed existing and pipeline projects across Asia. Partners who are seeking a point of view on these industries and in the areas of Business Modeling, Feasibility Studies, Hospitality Business Management, Master Planning and Project Financing in the Asian region should connect with us. We are always ready for a conversation (and to make new friends!).

Just as we believe in diversity and distinctiveness for our business, we have assembled a team across industries and specialisations. Because the best-in-class don’t always reside in the same locale.
